I have 48 H female breasts. I have tried the 3XL underworks binder, but it doesn't particularly do the job.
I have tried to find pictures of larger men like myself wearing binders that work-but no one seems to want to post pictures like that.
Any advice would be great, pics would be even better.

Hi there, I'm a guy with a bigger chest too (42 D) and I know the feeling of not getting the flatness I want. Are you using the double compression? Tri top doesn't work for anyone larger than a medium so I can't in good faith tell you to use that or to double up on it because both are dangerous options for someone who has more to compress. What I do is this: wear a tank top or tight shirt under my binder, and then the binder and then a shirt. Button ups work better and having an accurate read on how comfortable you want it. I actually haven't heard of a better company than underworks for people who have a larger chest.

Can you tell me more about what you are feeling with your binder? Is it painful or is it feeling fine but just not giving you compression? Honestly I've never done the 'up and out' binding method because it's too obvious that it's not pecs, but down and out where I put on the binder, let gravity do it's work and then adjust based on my shirt

I have weird breasts. They used to be a size F. I had a reduction, but gained a lot of weight. I don't really know the cup size. Best I've gotten is the tritop. I lie on my back to "adjust". My chest is not flat and it stresses me out. BUT I do see cismen who are fat or strong who have not flat chests, so I try and make mine look like theirs.

I'm a big guy- about 245 lbs @ 5'4", size 46F chest, and I do still feel like they're too prominent some days, but on the whole this setup works well for me:

undershirt, at least 1 size below the size you'd wear for an outer shirt (for me this is a L)
underworks 974 ("Cotton Concealer Muscle Shirt") XL
underworks 997 ("Ultimate Chest Binder Tank") XL

Here's a pic:

It ain't perfect, but I think it's about as close as I can safely get. The 974 only has one layer of the nylon compression material, so I think it's probably less risky than trying to use two of the 997s. I've tried it, but I could feel immediately that it was not a good idea- listen to your body. I can't use a tritop or cut off/folded up binder because it makes my stomach look even more huge than it already is. I did ask underworks to make a long, 997-style trilayer binder, and they said they'd think about it.

Be weird. Be random. Be who you are. Because you never know who would love the person you hide.

That looks really good. I might have to give that combo a try... once I get the money anyway haha.
I hope Underworks does end up doing that. It would save a lot of steps.
