Not to side track the thread but this is important. The body metabolism resets to what we habitually feed it. You are going to somehow need to reset your body at least to 1500 cals, better to reach 1800, to really be ok. And to grow certain very important things. I am no expert on this but I know what is safe for me. Your current diet would kill me.
I did the Dr Oz thing here and it worked, Not the supplements, no way I am doing that on HRT, but the diet tips are terrific there. And free.
And if you are on that low diet, vitamins and diet content become very important.
