Hey guys, name's Niall and I'm new here.

I'se a high-level competitive skier but race on the girls team. For me, I ain't want to go on T but I do want top surgery and I know I'se be ats a physical disadvantage if I race on the men's team without T. So basically I'm asking, can I continue racing on the girls/women's team if I'm not on T but had top surgery? I talks to me coach and he said I could continue competing on the girls team clubwide but he ain't sure about anything else.

Top surgery I don't think is the end all be all of defining someone as a male. It's really up to you, I think, and what you identify as. I'm not sure where you live, but as long as your legal gender is female, they can't kick you off the female team.

Your body will still be female and you will have no advantage since you are not on T, so yes, you should still be able to compete with women.  If not, that means all women who have had a masectomy for breast cancer wouldn't be able to compete!
