Why worry about these titles, just enjoy yourself.
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Abdominoplasty/tummy tuck & some facial surgery May, 2015. Life is good for me. Love long nails & handsome men! Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving

^^^ Being accepted as the gender you wish to emulate with any degree of seriousness requires tastefulness and tact.

But if you're willing to accept being viewed as simply a parody of said gender, then yes, fly in the face... and just have fun.

This is all subjective and depends on the individual.

FalsePrincess is right... it's a (usually) *very* slow transition from male to female. Both for physical characteristics, and mental and behavioral characteristics. If you're doing well, the behavioral change is ahead of the physical, so the moment you appear questionably female, you're mostly there.

LTL, I think your issues with passing as a male should be a pretty good indication of where you're at. Can't wait for the day you take the plunge. It's not as hard on the other side :), especially for someone pretty like you.
