Any good Boston area support groups? Also, I hate going into anything totally in the dark, so I have to ask, what exactly goes on at support group meetings? Are you normally split into age groups?

I'm sort of just coming to the full realization that I'm trans. I need to see a therapist in the worst way, but I also feel joining a group may be a postitve step. I know absolutely no one going through this and it could be nice to meet others in the same boat.
