I wondering what would happen to a woman or ftm who was pregnant and was on transition dose testosterone? Pure curiosity :)

You have to stop testosterone if you're pregnant. Your baby will get secondary male characteristics if it is born "female bodied." Probably more but that's all I know.

Could perhaps lead to miscarriage. Who knows? Not advisable, in any case!
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
Post-op since late 2005

It could certainly have profound effects on the child.

My mother took DES, Diethylstilbestrol, when she was carrying me.  This was commonly used from 1940 to 1971.
It had strong estrogenic effects.

Around 1/3 of the DES "sons" turned out to be transsexual.  If a transman were carrying an XX chromosome child, it could be very problematic.
