I think I have this all planned out!

So I keep this notebook that is strictly for planning out my entire transition from start to finish (from even before my first HRT dosage up to the day I complete my transition).

I made out a list of all the surgeries I want, all the clothes and accessories I want to buy and things like that.

What I also did was... because I'm anticipating a 4-year transition period... I detailed what I planned to do within that four-year period (and the funny part is I don't know where I will be getting the money to fund these surgeries because I am transitioning on a budget here but hey! The people who accomplish great things don't know how they're gonna do it! Plus, I know what I want to do to fund these things) but here they are:

Year One:
take hormones
electrolysis/hair removal
work on the female voice (for 20 months, so 12 out of 20 months)
change my name and government documentation (birth certificate, state ID, etc.)
buy clothes, underwear, accessories, etc.
reprint my high school diploma (change the name)
prepare to go full time

Year Two:
jaw reduction and facial feminization surgery
continue working on the female voice (for the first 8 months of Year 2)
beauty mark on my face
body piercings
continue taking hormones of course
continue buying clothes, underwear, accessories, etc.
start going full time

Year Three:
body tattoos
facial rejuvenation treatment
stem cell breast augmentation
continue taking hormones
continue going full time

Year Four (FINAL):
continue taking hormones, if needed
continue buying more clothes and accessories
vaginoplasty

(*vaginoplasty is my final operation, all my hormones should be complete prior to vaginoplasty and after this my transition should be 100% complete)

So that's my master plan. Do any of you plan your transition this way? Whether you're m2f or f2m, is this the way you plan your transition?

Also is there anything that I missed? Something that's not on my list that should be? If there is anything please do let me know. This is just something I came up with off the top of my head so it's subject to change at any time during my transition. This is just outlined so I can have a smooth and realistic transition and transition plans.
They say identity theft is a crime. Well, needless to say, a crime has been committed. My identity has been stolen. No, no one knows my social security number or has my credit card. I'm walking around in the wrong body. I'm wearing a costume which I cannot remove... and the only way I can remove that costume, is through surgery

I'm a terrible planner. But as the saying goes about the best laid plans...they can go awry, especially when you're dealing with the unknown factor of how much HRT will effect your body and emotions. Plans are fine, just allow for flexibility and you'll be fine. Know where you're going and what you need/want to do but be prepared to go with the flow.  :)
