You will be OK GF. I'm sure you can change studs? What is important is that they fit your ears in just the right location. Earrings are so sexy if done right & so unpleasant looking if in the wrong place or way too many, yuck. Good for you again.

I pierced my own ears long ago in high school & did it myself with a needle. At first they were all wrong & I had to redo them a couple of times for just the right place. Quite a mess thinking back about that. You were smarter.

I had a nice pleasant day to myself with no interruptions. This made me very happy as I rarely have days like this anymore.

I got my nails done yesterday. Changed colors from my usual shades of pink to a dark chartruse with fine glitter. They look awesome and the change is nice.

I survived my birthday, 39 & holding, that was fun. 9 days left to smoke a cig. if I want, May 10th is  cut off date for facial surgery on June 10th. Ecigs with low lever nicotene seem to work so I will STOP SMOKING & have my face greatly improved.

Even though I feel crappy, had a therapist visit yesterday. It's been about 6 weeks.
She has noticed some big changes since I last saw her.

In fact two big changes.
She also thinks I am much happier and calmer which I am.
I said I was 99.9% sure I am doing the right thing. No one can be 100% sure.

Started talking about things I never expected including shopping and cosmetics.

She is good and I enjoy our ketchups.

Today I found, that I lost 8 kg. (17,6 lbs) weight and 10 cm (4 inches) from the waist for the last two months, also I measured my feet and height and realized, that I am almost two shoe sizes down (from EU 42 to EU 40,5) for my whole transition, also my height before HRT was 181 cm (5'11,3") and today it was 179,5 cm (5'10,6"), which is wonderful and I am happy :) :) :)

Congrats on the weight loss Aquarelle! :icon_bunch: It is great when your feet shrink isn't it? I used to be in a size 9, or sometimes, a 10 womans narrow depending on brand, & now I wear 8's womans narrow (US sizes) no matter what brand they are. :icon_flower:

So happy I survived my birthday & so much more happy that all the cake is gone. It looked great & it was fun to bake however eating that stuff made me feel terrible. I should have found a sugar free icing.

$235 magically appeared in my account yesterday from the company I work for. I need to find out what the deal is. If its bonus from when I was acting manager for a few months or for taking that course and passing it well or what.  I'd hate to use it and then find out it was in error or something.

So, I walk to work everyday because I don't have enough money for the bus, and it's been pretty hot lately. I was running late and this girl pulled over and offered me a ride, because she said I looked stressed! :) It made me extremely happy to realize how much a stranger can care about someone they know nothing about.

@defectivesnowflake: That's amazing! That happened to me for a company I got fired from, but they were paying me for the Paid Time Off I didn't use while working there. It was so unexpected, and helped me out a lot. Hopefully it wasn't an error, and you can go shopping!

I just called and checked and it was the bonus for being acting manager while the manager was out for a few months. So, I'll use it to pay a bill or two. With that and what I'll get from Jan when she moves in should help out my poor financial situation quite well.

I would say for today it was turning on the AC in the house for the first time and it worked great! It's frickin 97 degrees here in North San Diego.... Hope the pool warms up soon.

I finally got my right ear pierced -again (5th time). I had it done professionally so it's even with the bottom piercing in my left ear. Now after 6 weeks I won't look so lopsided wearing my earrings.

Another good thing, my SO finally told her mom I was  in my full transition and she actually gave me a compliment!

And last, my friend Reaver (He's FTM & here on Susan's) who's staying with me temporarily may be staying a little longer so we'll be able to take my boat out next week. This is great cause weather's been nasty all this week here. So all in all a great day!
