Being honest with myself and admitting that I can't bury the gender dysphoria "under the rug" any longer.  If it involves just crossdressing or full transition, it doesn't matter, I can't repress it any more.

Oh I've seen other women as tall as you, Sydney... I think he was just using that as a pick up line, lol.

Oh yeah, he was definitely trying to pick me up, right in front of my wife, LOL.

Learning to cook Oopsie Bread. Low carb delicious bread to stay on my Atkins diet. I have so many nice women friends & it is sure nice to be female. It will be a nice day when some surgeon corrects my physical remaining issues.

I discovered the delicious chicken soup I was drinking had maggots cooked in it. I'm pretty thankful the maggots were well cooked (sterile) and I hadn't eaten them... small mercies!
I did that once. I don't think they were maggots, though. I think they were meal worms. Not that that makes it better.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

Yuck, hope enough about worms in food. Let's post some happy news GF's, that's the reason for this thread

My wife's response as I came out of the bedroom...."You look cute in that!"
Basically the same as the day before only different colors. ;-)

What made me happy today? Something perhaps absurdly silly - I got my first notice from my health insurer that I was due for a mammogram. :)

That's happy funny news, thank you. Kinda happy, after 7 days/one week on the Atkins diet I've lost 8 pounds. Just eating good protein/veggie foods & no bad Carbs. It works & no wonder so many women use it to remove excess body fat.

Beauty shop appointment for tomorrow to work on facial hairs then a facial. My lady friend was cleaning out here closet a few weeks ago & asked if I wanted some of her old boots, shoes & maybe dresses. We are the same height, shoe size, dress size so I said yes GF. That will be fun to see what fits & looks nice on me.  I'd really like for her to fix me up with one of her stud x boy friends to try him on for size, that would be even more fun.

I am happy for two things today. Yesterday, I did not hurt myself, and today I still have a job.

If you're just talking about being clumsy and glad that you had a day without tripping down the stairs or bumping your head, fine.  If you're talking about something else, please reach out to someone you can talk to.  If you don't have anyone, PM one of the regulars here at least, ok? :)

My boobs finally feel a bit tender again today. They seem to be growing. I've been so worried that past couple weeks. Also, the other day I was with a friend visiting his mom in the nursing/rehab facility and we rolled her wheelchair to dinner. We seated her with another lady and she introduced us in such a way that my name came up. It's somewhat gender neutral though leaning on masculine. In this context my friend and I have the same name. Him being obviously male the older lady asked my friend's mom something like, "oh, are these your two son's?" I felt devastated... I hadn't even opened my mouth yet to out myself with my crappy voice. Next day my friend tells me his mom said the lady was distraught afterward. Said something like "oh no I think I called that girl a guy." SO YEAH PROBLEM SOLVED?! :P

Which part of that exactly do you disagree with? Do you disagree with being thorough? Using careful observation? Being systematic? Or using consistent logic?" --Dr. Steven Novella
