Therapists willing to work over phone/Internet

Hi, new here, just posted my intro yesterday. Anyway I've got the issue that I'm an over the road truck driver and don't really have much of a fixed "home" it would be helpful if I could find a respected therapist who will primarily work over the phone or Internet. I know with certainty over years of contemplation that I want to make the transition and start taking hormones and would like referral to somebody who isn't going to put me through unnecessary red tape, but is still regarded as a legit therapist.  Any advice would be much appreciated.
