Hello Susan's Place denizens,

I have been a long time lurker, but I hope to start adding to the conversation now.  I have been posting on another TG site, but I am finding that there are a good number of threads here on different topics, so this will be a nice change of pace.

A little about me.  I am a 43 YO MtF transgender girl, married for 10 years to an accepting wife, and I have two beautiful little toddlers (girl and a boy).

I first crossressed before puberty, when my mom left some of her dresses in my closet due to insufficient space in her closet.  I have been dressing regularly for the past year and a half, once I got over the self-loathing brought on by a conservative upbringing.  I do go out in public en femme, both to LGBT places and main street pkaces.

During this time, I have begun laser hair removal on my face, chest, arms and abs, plucked my eyebrows into a nice feminine arch and am growing my hair out a bit.

I have started to see a gender counselor and have had two sessions, so far.  I still do not know where things will end up.

Anyway, thanks for reading, and I hope I can add some positive things to the discussion.

Best,
Caitlyn
