I'll check out the documentaries and learn more about it, but I'm not fan of the "third gender" designation that they receive culturally. Maybe I'm just being overly sensitive about it and there is much I don't know about non-western trans stuff, but I don't feel like a third gender and I bet they don't, ya know?  Will watch though and be open minded.

I hate the word third gender as well ..

I hate being called ladyboy/kathoey when I was growing up ..
