I went to a urologist today and he doesn't  have any problems with performing an orchiectomy on me.  The only concern was insurance.  He is going to check and see how insurance would pay for it and let me know.  He said he wanted me to see an endocrinologist too but I don't know exactly why.  I'm hoping there is a way to get insurance to pay but if not I'll try to get a 401K loan and pay for it out of pocket.

They probably just want a blood test first.
