I find books that have to do with genetics very interesting , by that I mean books that have to do with isolating the gene that makes us get older or like in the book I'm reading, a gene that cures drug addiction

The book I'm reading now as all about genetics and it's called NEXT , written by Michael Crichton, the same guy who wrote Jurassic Park. So far I'm finding the book quite interesting and I also like his writing style, it's not boring and it keeps you wanting to read more.

If any of you have read this book or other books written by him, tell me what you think about it? ::)

I love Micheal Crichton! I have always had trouble finding novels I enjoyed but everything of his I have read I liked. He was an astoundingly intelligent guy and he did a great job of really researching the topics he wrote about. Incredibly even his older stuff doesn't come off as too dated; quite a feat for techno-thrillers.

Next is one of my favorites. He raises some real thought-provoking questions, all while keeping you on the edge of your seat. Very exciting stuff. It has been a while since read it, perhaps it is time I revisit it...
Cheers!
