So I had my first therapy session in late April after a 5 month wait it was so good to be able to chat with someone without fear of being judged and to have a great weight lifted off my shoulders with not feeling so alone in my life I can now vent all of my most inner feelings cramped up inside me and know that I will be heard. I have a second appointment in 2 weeks and can't wait to go back to talk some more about the real me that I have hidden away for so many years.

I must apologise for not being on here lately I have been having problems with my internet but all fixed now, I must say that I have missed Susan's a lot without being able to come on here daily and chat with all the girls and leave comments to great posts.
