I've been puzzled about this description of my karyotype when I was an infant

These findings are interpreted as being compatible with the karyotype of a 46,XX individual

But when I had a genetics testing done when I was 23 they just said I'm 46,XX but see how they say being compatible when I was an infant? Does this mean anything or is this normal or did they think something they found wouldn't bother nothing in the future? Cause compatible def is not having conflict with two things?

46XX is the normal code for cis female, 46XY is normal for cis male. Genetic coding does not change throughout your life span. Could you give a little more info. coding such as 47XXY for example is an intersex condition where every cell in the body is 50% male and female.

The word compatible simply means that the findings they have match what 46 xx person would have. Nothing more.
