Hello, I'm going to be graduating soon with a job from a major software company as a designer. I was wondering if any had any advice because I started transitioning recently picture below. I interviewed as a male but curious if anyone had any advice? If i should go to job as male then transiton or present as i wish from day one.

I would personally inform HR of the change and start the job as female. That way you don't establish people perceiving you as male, which will make it harder for you once you transition.
