Does masturbation affect hrt at all if not on anti androgen and E alone?

Just wondering this! I have a very high sex drive, and am on E only. By high sex drive I am able to masturbate and orgasm MANY times a day. Before hrt I probably did it about 4 times a day when I had nothing on (probably 2 when I was busy). Now it's something like 1 or 2 at the most. But still...

Does it affect hormone levels like T enough to affect feminisation and all that if it's a daily occurrence??

Thanks! :)

_Insert joke about going blind here_

The jury is out about if it affects hormone levels. Lots of old wives tales like the above mixed in.  If you are masturbating that many times a day, it might indicate obsessive compulsiveness or sex/porn addiction, (not a judgement, it's a clinical diagnosis, your brain gets "used" to doing it).  See your therapist and endo about it and see if you can try a T-blocker that has known anti-libido effects.

haha definitely not an addiction - I can go without it, just when I'm not doing much and the want kicks in then I just do it cus it feels good :P I'm definitely in the mindset that if you have it you may as well use it, up til I actually get srs...

Experts seem to agree that if you want to have orgasms after SRS you should be able do so easily and often before surgery.

After you have been on E for a while you will probably lose the urgency, but not the desire.  Estrogen alone will eventually shut down testosterone production, it just takes a little longer without an anti-androgen.

Thanks for the reply! But what I'm asking, is whether masturbating will adversely affect E and feminisation results :)

probably not it didnt with me I was on a t blocker aswell.

E and t blocker made it so I could choose if I wanted to masturbate.......not that down there.

From a medical standpoint, playing with yourself will not stimulate the production of testosterone or anything like that, nor will any losses via ejaculation be significant.  You're good to go.   :)

well, i always had erections and there are weeks i masturbate many times and there are weeks i dont even masturbate.. yeah i may agree that it may be because of porn... i love porn... and im just afraid about increasing my T levels and developing arm muscles again for i've lost great muscles mass in my arms and i love the feminine look of my arms... though i can say my masturbation maybe because i havent had sex for months.. so my body may become so horny because im sex-deprived

I'm on E and two AA's, and I have no sex drive whatsoever. Does this mean I won't be able to have an orgasm after SRS?

I haven't had one in 20 years mostly because I hate whats between my legs soooo much that I don't even want to touch it let alone have any kind of sex much less masturbate.
