What do i do now?

so, i may not be able to see my therapist for at least a month at most after tomorrow, so what do i do about tomorrows appointment? do i go and discuss the possibility of transitioning and receiving my letter? i've done the writing as he said and i've fully understood the terms of where my dysphoria is stemming from and i've already begun to transition, but i'm still waiting for HRT to transition the rest of the way (fully outwards). i've found ways to manage my attacks but the methods i'm using arent lasting and are starting to wear thin. any advice on what i should do?

You just have to learn some patience sweetie. I know that is hard to do, but transition takes a while. I know you want to get started as fast as possible, but you are doing it the right way so learn all you can right now. The HRT letter will get there soon enough.

not that i wanna start asap, i just need to know what i should do thats all. if i have to wait, i will but if there's a chance i dont have to than i'll take it lol

Things you can do now include attaining or maintaining your ideal weight, facial hair removal, working on your voice, wardrobe, makeup technique, mannerisms and demeanor.  Facial hair removal can take 2-3 years, so starting now would be ideal.

OMG! my body is starting to morph again. i'm losing my curves, my butt, my legs, my face. i'm starting to see signs of broaden shoulders, muscle definition and wats worse, i can barely lift 20 pounds with stuggling, i'm able to lift it was a little more ease.  i swear this is going to put me back in the hospital. looks like my borrowed time is up.  oh i forgot, CHEST HAIR IS GROWING! body dysphoric attacks, here i come

Nothing wrong with speaking to your therapist about a letter. Let them know you have already started doing what you can and what those things are.

Well imma have to becuz body dyshoria is literally on me right now and seeing as how i look at myself everyday becuz of mt mirrors, i'll be in the grips of massive despair in no time flat
