I know this may seem odd, and I'm planning on asking legit sources about it for sure.  It just struck my mind this morning, and I figured I'd throw it out there and see if anyone has heard of it before.

Some people may think me crazy, but I am interested in maintaining my internal parts as long as possible.  I don't like the idea of making myself 100% dependent on T, but thats another whole story.  I know that for phallo the balls take up the space where the necessary passage to checking on the internal bits is located.  Would it potentially be possible to maintain that passage by not getting balls?  (they seem kind of uncomfortable anyway..)
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

Even if you choose to build scrotum and testicular implants, you can still keep the "canal". Depending on which specific procedure and surgeon you choose, vaginectomy can be optional.
I have seen guys had phallo w/o balls and keeping their canals because they chose to keep one ovary. They only had a small opening so I suppose it would be ok if they wanted scrotum and opening would be barely visible between two implants.

Ah!  thank you so much for that info!  It greatly eases my apprehensions.
