Well I have another appointment tomorrow with a doctor who a local transgender center listed on its web page will prescribe estrogen without a letter from a mental health doctor.  I assume its a informed consent type of thing.  This doctor is an internal medicine specialist and a PC physician.  If he turns out to be a good source I'll switch to him as my regular doctor.

I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience
