"GLOUCESTER, Va. (WAVY) — Gloucester's school board has delayed voting on a policy involving restroom facilities for a transgender student, until its December 9 meeting."

You shouldn't have to fight to use the bathroom meant for the gender you identify with. Just walk in and use the restroom without hesitation. For a few years before I transitioned, I guess I already looked male enough to just walk in the men's room, which I did. That started because I had started to go into the women's restroom and the cashier at the store hollered "you are using the wrong bathroom, its the other one!".

What are they going to do, pull you out of the bathroom? If you entered school as the gender your body follows, and you are already fighting for the right to use your brain gender's restroom, then people already know what you are going through. Subjects like body functions and sex make people uncomfortable, so you may not get much flak.
