mtf help!! pre hrt living as man very depressed

HEllo im 29 years old living as a male and want to start my transition i have 2 kids (boys 10 and 2) another on the way i have been married twice work as a healthcare worker /nursing student ,latina but look black...5'10 tall slim about 170 former bodybuilder now losing weight/ muscle to appear more feminine on that note i have a some issues i need help with

1. I have no health insurance for my transition

2.my scrotum is (left side /testicle)way to big to tuck !!! I have been screened for testicular cancer becuase a former gf said that my scrotum was not normal so becuase of this i cannot wear 70% of womens clothing i want to wear i cant afford surgery and barely gonna begin seeing therapist until the end of june 2014 to start my hrt

3.my pregnant girlfriend is on the verge of leaving me as she has found about my plans and she is highly anti lgbt
Non accepting

4.Where can i make friend that i can relate too in my situation in the chicago area
