Worried about Martial Laws in Thailand (ok thx girls am saved!)

Good luck evolving beauty - I guess you must be on your way now. Hopefully your recovery goes well and you get to see something of Bangkok over than hotels and soldiers. Try to relax - that all help you more than any pills...

Yeah, I wouldn't worry too much about this. This has been going on for the last few years when Tuxin was over thrown. There is a whole thing about the future of the country. It's my understanding that the military took it's queue from the king. The King, who is the grandfather figure didn't approve of some of Tuxin's dealings (people felt he was selling the country out to foreigners) and the very first coup was pretty peaceful. People peacefully marching out in the streets with yellow arm bands. I think the Martial law is more meant to intimidate the young and restless from rioting and breaking stuff. My S.O. is Thai so we always have an eye on the Thai news.
