I'm not sure if I'm imagining things, but we look at our bodies every day so we can notice little things, and I swear my arm hair is a little darker and there's a little more of it.

Three weeks ago I switched from sublingual estradiol to swallowing the pills. I also reduced my dose to now taking 3/4 orally what I was taking sublingually.

Over the weekend I've missed 2 doses of my finasteride.

Could either of these changes cause this?

I doubt those few changes would cause it that quickly. Could it be that you are just looking harder for stuff to be wrong?  And too, the hair you do have could be standing out more to you due to grooming of other body areas.
