What is it called when you simply just want to be beautiful?

There are people on this site that don't feel like a woman on the inside that have transitioned and are happy.  It's probably not a good idea to tell people whether they should transition or not.

Maybe it's not but the reason I said it was if you think being a woman is about what's on the outside your wrong! What happens when you lose that beauty and your left looking like an old woman with a male core? But I'm going to leave it at that it's time for me to move on now.
