Hi everyone, I'm Kira.
I a MTF from South FL starting off a little late in the game (40's), and I'm about 7 months "out", 6 months since starting laser and some RLE, and 4 months into HRT. I am not full-time yet, but pretty comfortable being out and about en-femme. I'm also not out at work or in my daily life, probably less than 20% of the people who know me "know" about the new me. I'm just working on my presentation, voice, mannerisms, and general self-acceptance right now. All the while trying to navigate the twists and turns of my divorce.
In maybe 6 months or so, I should be ready for some legalities, name and gender change, etc... and I figure sometime early in 2015, I'll have to come out at work which I'm kind of dreading, but it will have to be done.
Other than that, I'm just happy to be on board here @ Susan's, I'm on a few othersas well, but I know this is probably the largest TG board, and the info and support from the community is just fantastic. I like to contribute what I've learned from my experience also, and help any way I can.
