Hey there,
Actually I've been in contact with them for a while and asking a few questions every so and so. I think they are about 20% to 30% more expensive than DMD. The financing options they offered is to receive money from the client over time until they reach the budget. Kind of like a clay piggy. The quotation was rather standard, on a separate PDF document a couple pages long, with a some detailed info about what is included or not (hey, it's not always the case), the list of procedures, a 3-4 line explanation for each procedure and the total price. I remember at first asking if I needed this and that type of procedure because I thought maybe I would, and they clearly said, no need at all for those things I requested, they could do it optionally as an aesthetics procedures only, but said it could not be stated that those procedures were required for a FFS as my face was already quite femenine in some regards.
The messages I've received afterwards are relatively short but professional and straight to the point. They are so far the surgeons who proposed the least procedures, which I like and also mirrors the feedback I've received on Susan's or from the VFFS girl. They also proposed a Skype meeting with the surgeons so that I can ask medical questions to them directly (they are two, it's really a team in that regard, not one surgeon), this is scheduled in July.
All other surgeons have proposed one or two more procedures, and a handfull about twice the amount of procedures. I think this speaks well of the FFS team. They can operate in Spain or Brazil and state that all the FFS is carried out personally by both surgeons (they are always the same two operating surgeons specialized in face and skull stuff, not one, one of them is from Spain, the other from Brazil, the prices are the same in both cases) which I find reassuring. Of course, they would offer cellphone support 24/7 once you get there and gave me a guide of places to stay and so on and so forth with some detailed info about how long to stay, or not, and which unlikely complications could lengthen the stay and how much, and that the risks would need to be confirmed based on blood tests.
The only thing I did not like was in the before and after pictures, the after is most of the time hairstyled, smiley, made up, and on a different background or different light shading, which can alter perception A LOT. As a side note, I saw on Dr. Rossi's/ T-change website that the few results they had (only 3 for FFS, a few for other types of procedures on cis patients...) were with the same facial expression, lightning and background.
