Tapatalk login issues

Hi everyone, i was accessing Susan's on my iPad and I received a pop up message informing me of an app called Tapatalk that would work with these forums. After reviewing and purchasing the app and visiting Susan's I tried to login but I keep getting a message saying that my password is incorrect which it isn't.

Does anyone else use this app and can they login through it ?

I see this post is about six months old, but I have the same issue with tapatalk. Was there a resolution to the tapatalk login issue?

For me, about every other minute on susans using tapatalk I get message: "System Message -- Password Incorrect".  I tap "OK", type my password (correctly) then tap "log on".  I get a message that my password is invalid.  I tap "OK" to dismiss the message, then tap "log on" again (without changing the password), and I get to the page on susans that I am looking for. A minute later it happens again!

I eventually get to the web page I am looking for, but it sure is annoying having to type your password all the time to get there!  Does anyone know how to fix this?
