I am scheduled to have top surgery this Wednesday and I still have this annoying cough from the Bronchitis. I have been treating it for about 3 weeks now and I have had it for over a month, probably 2 months now. I have been talking to the people that are going to do this surgery so they are aware of my Bronchitis, we are still discussing whether or not to postpone. It is hard to decide because where the surgery is taking place is 4 hours away from me. So I am assuming that the only way to finalize a decision is for me to actually physically be there and the surgeon will tell me flat out whether or not to go on with the surgery.

I really do not want to postpone because you know I have been waiting for a long time for this, also I already asked 2 weeks off from work and so forth, but I will understand if I have to, you know. Just kind of hard to wrap my head around it seeing as I have to travel 4 hours to find out.

My question is has anyone gone into surgery may it be Top surgery or any surgery really with Bronchitis? How did that go?
