Hair Styles, Hair Cuts or Wig Needed Help or in put!!!!

I am sure this subject has come up hundreds of times. I am in the process of transitioning.  I started on the DHT 4 months ago to stop hair loss and to see what if any hair growth would return. I started HRT (E and Spiro 3 months ago). I have the reseeding hair line or pretty thin in front and on top of back area. Real thick on sides and back. Hair growth has improved but not sure it will be quite what I will need to pass or others noticing real thin hair. Does anyone have suggestions on possible Hair styles, Hair cuts or I am I pretty much headed to wearing a Wig. I have not cut hair since January and looking into hair cuts and styles. Let me know any thoughts or ideas on what to do.

It sounds to me like you might be a good candidate for what they call a "topper", a hairpiece that fills out your hair on top. You can even get lace front toppers or toppers with bangs. Unless you have a very common  hair color, though, it's probably best to have a pro match and fit it rather than buying on your own online.
