I don't where the "feels" thing came from but it seems to set the mood I'm looking for. :) Cause I've had a run of bluesy, troubled topics of late so I thought I would buck the trend by reporting good, it gets better news because happy is more in keeping with me.

I met up with a cis friend of mine after work today. Now, I'm open with this woman to the point I even told her about some of my transition struggles of late. Well, from there we talked some more, sharing personal stuff on both sides which led to us sharing a moment after which there were two hugs in rapid succession.

After the doubts I've been working through, the glee I felt from our woman to woman bond reminded me that yes, I am a woman and I am home now.

That is cool.

To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.

That's pretty cool. This hugging thing is something that I'm not conditioned to. I think I would like to feel glowey some day. I am jealous.

That's so awesome, thank you for sharing!

Friends like that are a lifesaver sometimes, and rare too!  I'm happy for you, that you have someone like that to talk to.  :)

That is extremely true. :)
Never fear shadows. They simply mean there's a light shining somewhere nearby.

Yeah when women strike up conversation with me, it's great. I went to detox where I dressed as a male, and when I got out i ran into this girl from there and she called me she the whole time, even after that experience of seeing me Male-ish. Of course, the nurses said you'd have to be blind not to notice im womanly. I havent me that many younger women my age. I have old friends, but, uh, they knew me as male so i would rather new friends. I like being with people who only know me as a woman.

Females friendships are normally closer than male friendships... i love bonding with  my female friends... I also get that I am home as a woman now feeling...

It feels great..
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was

Went to Sephora the other day to buy a new eyeliner pencil, and I asked someone for some tips on eye-shadow blending and using color eyeliner, and we spent like half an hour just talking about different make up and different tips and tools and she treated me like any other girl walking in there for make-up. Felt good to not feel like they saw a dude wearing makeup >_<

Haven't felt like another one of the girls for a while though, don't really have many girl-friends left ~ they all went MIA on me -_-
