Funny how most guys here have noted that their hands have more hair on them. Mine don't, in fact, I think my hands are the only place that doesn't have more hair. The most notable change about my hands, noticeable by myself and anyone that looks close enough (But won't show on camera), is how much my veins stand out. Especially when well hydrated, my veins are scarily prominent in my hands. Big, and as long as I'm drinking adequate water, blue and you can feel them if I let you touch my hand (I don't like my hands touched because it triggers my PTSD and borderline personality disorder). Also, not necessarily hands per se, but my fingernails are also thicker, and need cutting a lot more.

I have teenager hands... just vague, indistinguishable teenager hands.  (But I'm almost three years past my teen expiration date.  Almost old enough to drink. Not that the idea appeals to me.)  Though veins and knuckles are slightly more prominent now than before, my wrists have always been bony and breakable-looking... twice as much now.  You can practically feel the carpal-tunnel-syndrome when you look at them.  So I think T did make them slightly (and only slightly) more masculine. Not like, man-hands, but I really don't want to say Bieber-hands either... cat person hands? Computer hands?

My hands haven't really changed, counting out my fingers "filling in" so my rings don't fall off the moment I move my hand a bit faster.
Oh, and hair is starting to creep further towards my knuckles.

But I've always had kinda bony hands with long fingers and prominent knuckles, veins popping out immediately when the temperature's right etc.
I don't really know about the size but I usually wear size 7 gloves but they're a bit too short in the finger department so the knuckle part of the glove is usually closer to the first finger joints. Size 8 has right sized fingers but they're otherwise too big.

Declan.

My hand shape is unusual to begin with after years of sculpting and drawing, but they got thicker and bonier. Right now, they're a little odd-looking because I've been off testosterone for a couple of months (pharmacy error - just back on it this week).

My hands have gotten thinner and my veins stick out more. I did lose a lot if weight, but even before the weight loss my rings started falling off. My nails grow faster too. Stupid ineffectual claws XD

Funny, my hands have gotten skinnier on T (three months on it) fingers are the same length, but they're thinner, and more "violinist"s hands now than they were. My ring (size five) still fits fine though. My shoe size though is going up. Slippers that only used to fit with socks on now fit fine, though my feet still look the same as they did before, and my shoes don't feel any tighter. (I wear a mens 6 in Converses, not sure about other shoes, as I only wear Chucks)

Actually, now that I'm inspecting them, they're slightly broader, but that could be because I've been on them all day.

The biggest change has actually been my biceps, deltoid muscles, quads and calf muscles. They're definitively masculine, even though I'm a bean pole.

My hands didn't change until around 2 years, unless you count hair growth (around 1.5 years). In the past few months they have gotten thicker and more veiny.

2+ years and not a lick of change except maybe slightly fatter fingers (likely due to working out/weight gain - not T itself).

I've noticed the start of hand changes around the sixth month mark, with my fingers and thumb getting fatter. About 1yr for the prominent veins and now at a 2 months shy of my two years I find hair thickening on my knuckles and hair creeping up my hand. My fingers are still getting fatter and callouses definAtly from working in cars. Here's a recent pic I just took.

i'm not on T but i always heard that my hands and feets look manly, even my arms and legs r so hairy, i'm not sure about my hands but i hope its true

Sometimes, it's hard to find words to tell you how much you mean to me. A lot of times, I don't say anything at all. But I hope someday, you'll understand, having you is what I live for...(I Love you my Queen )

My fingers have become a tad bit slimmer since being on T and I've also had some hair growth but besides that no other changes.

I think my midfinger knuckles look more prominent, like the base of the fingers used to be more pudgy. Hair growth of course, and veins are more easily visible (they pop out a lot after exercising or in hot weather) which never happened pre-T. Not much noticable change otherwise.

Here's my hand/arm pre-T and right now... Sorry it's not close-up; this was the only pre-T hand pic I found.

I've noticed the veins in my hands stick out more. My palms my be slightly thicker too.

I've always been self-conscious and dysphoric about my hands because they're thin and feminine, but lately I've noticed the veins are more prominent and my fingers seem more fleshy. I still wish I had an increase in arm/hand hair, because they're just as naked as they were pre-T.

I've always had piano fingers, and aside from the new hair on them, my hands don't look much different. They were not particularly feminine then, so I'm happy with that. Like many guys who commented before me, on T my palms got wider and my thumb got thicker, but my fingers are still long and thin. I wear a size 7.5 wedding band.

I had very dainty hands before I started T and now they aren't super thick or anything but they are definitely thicker than they were and are tougher to the touch. Surprisingly my nails have changed shape too. They used to be slender looking and now are more wide and rounder.

I don't really know about shape or size, but I know a lot of guys veins tend to stick out more on T, and you'll most likely get some hair on your hands too.
