I'm 30 and have been on testosterone for just over 3 years and it looks like my face is finally starting to clear up. For a while I had moderate acne (as you can kind of see in my avatar, old pic), and my endocrinologist always advised me to see a dermatologist. I never did, but washed my face with acne wash 1-2 times a day. It didn't seem to help. I was in the hospital last October and they gave me a peroxide cream to put on it, and I used it for a few weeks and it really seemed to work. Since then, my acne has been much better. I've been lazy and don't use the cream or even wash with acne wash every day and my face is much clearer and people have commented on it. I had moderate acne pre-T as well. I don't know what helped, whether it was time or what, but I feel much better about my face now.
