Listen to me, lol.  I've not even recovered fully from my GRS and BA and here I am thinking ahead to my next move.

For the most part, I am 85-90% passable. My hairstyle helps, but could use some modification to mask things better.

I know I NEED FFS, my brow line is too pronounced and needs shaved, eyelids need raised 1 cm, hair line needs to come down a cm.  My nose is a button nose, it is perfect and needs nothing.

Dr. Rumer said my cheeks/cheekbones are all fine and they dont need anything. My lips are the perfect angle, she suggested against anything to draw my upper lip up tighter because it wouldnt look right.

Dr. Rumer suggested my jawline could use some light rounding.  She does do FFS, but she doesnt do jawlines and she wants to employ the use of a 2nd surgeon to do the jawline. Not sure I want to pay his fees plus her fees and then the hospital and anesthesia fees, airfare, hotel, etc all over again. I'd rather just find someone that is highly skilled and does it all at once.

Not keen on traveling again either. I'd rather have the procedure here in Colorado if possible and go home and recover in my own bed after I'm released from the hospital. 12 days away from home for GRS was about more than I could handle. I was terribly homesick after 5 days.

My other dilemna is my phone voice. In person, I'm borderline. My voice passes in person, but on the phone it does not and this really bothers me...a lot. I'm contemplating a vocal chord width reduction as well.

I'm just stuck on what to do first.

Are there any good recommendations for FFS surgeons in Colorado?

And I know of no vocal chord width reduction surgeons so if anyone has recommendations for that, I'd appreciate it.

All other comments and suggestions welcome pertaining to the above.

thank you!

I am not going to discuss it in this thread because this thread belongs in the FFS section however the voice section has extensive discussion about the three primary surgeons used by members on the site. I have had the procedure and it consist of tying the folds together so they have a shorter effective length.
