A tragedy of great magnitude happened to me and I don't want this to happen to others too. I never heard nor knew this kind of thing even existed and if I knew I could have avoided it but unluckily I couldn't.

MY RARE CASE
So my surgeon told me I could have a potential to have upto minimum 6 inch depth but while 'digging' the passage to build my vaginal canal he had hit into some scars formed outside my anal canal. The vaginal passage is created very close to the anal canal. THIS SCARS FORM WHEN SOMEONE IS FREQUENT OR TOO FREQUENT IN ANAL SEX. The worst is you wouldn't even know those things occur inside you as that part of your body doesn't have nerves to alert you. He couldn't dig any further and that had led to a disaster of ONLY 4 INCH DEPTH.  :o He told me now the only option to have greater depth is to have a Sigmoid Colon vaginoplasty but that costs much more plus very dangerous and risky followed by many disadvantaged as a damp smelly vagina. MY SRS LASTED 12 HOURS INSTEAD OF 6 COS OF THIS.

So here it is, abstain from having anal sex at least 3 months before SRS to avoid these types of disaster.

so if we dont have anal intercourse 3 months prior to surgery, there will be no scars? from what I've researched those things dont go without surgery.

It is a very common problem. The anus is not designed to stretch like a vagina and instead develope's fissures which can scar over. These can affect SRS and the final product because of the scar material.

Even when done "properly" pain free/comfortably... ?

Does anyone know if surgeons can examine you beforehand, and tell anything? and what have other surgeons said about this? as I can imagine a very high number of srs patients have participated in receptive anal sex.

Fissures and adhesions are same? or they relate to each other? I believe her problem was adhesions not fissures.

To be honest I was just ASSUMING that 3 months would be safe and enough those scars go away. I had no time to ask him how even could those scars go away. But if you did your research then you might be right on this one. But as he tell me anal sex is what caused this, I thought it'd my duty to warn others before this tragedy happens to them too.
