hiya
been a lurker here for a short while.......i am really inspired and impressed by alot of the courage found in these forums....kudos to all the brave sisters and brothers here who are living their real selves.....

I myself am a 30 y.o. Asian American closeted tg/tv (since early teens)....not a day goes by where Im not envious of women and their bodies and their femininity/sensuality - i just simply wish I could one day wake up as the opposite sex

Im not sure of the short term future, but maybe...just MAYBE one day I may eventually come out and start *takes deep breath* transitioning......

but before I start that journey, I just wanna put my face out there *literally* and ask what you guys think of the "Feminizability"of my face?  It took me a lot of courage just to post these selfie shots....but I just want to ask for some honest feedback......Think my brow is too protruding?  think I need extensive cheek implants?  need some chin/neck contouring?
I definitely know I will likely need extensive FFS/nosejob/rhinoplasty to achieve a more feminine nose....but I also like to think that if and when I get on hormones, that my face will kinda feminize a bit, or at least my facial skin will look a lot nicer/smoother.

and yes i know....its hard to judge without gettin some makeup on....but Im not in a position right now to really play with cosmetics/lipstick/mascara/lashes/etc, so please forgive me.

anyways, thank you all for your input!

Hi Cargo, and welcome to Susans! We have people come to visit us from all over the world, expressing different points of view, and you are likely to find someone to help you along your way :) Here are some important links and things to ponder as you begin your journey here.

To be totally honest the effect that HRT, laser etc has on the face is incredible., maybe have a look at some of the before and after pics. lots of lovely women have achieved stunning results.

First step is to see a gender therapist and start this exciting ride.

Hugs

I think I see what you are talking about with the nose stuff, but your brow looks fine to me from what I can see (which is admittedly not that much from these photos).

Eyebrows are sometimes said to have the most profound feminizing impact on a face, so perhaps you could look into shaping them a bit in a more feminine style. And of course facial hair is the biggie.

As I could say with anyone, it usually comes down to an amount of effort and if you're willing to put said effort in... That makes the biggest difference of all.

Welcome to the site :)

Evolving Beauty

1. Mandibular jaw reduction + chin
2. Lip lift + hyaluronic injection to make lips thicker
3. Rhinoplasty
4. I don't think you need brow lift as your brows are already high but need brow ridge reduction.
5. Your skin itself looks a bit rough, you need to start taking hormones, it's a must.
6.Otoplasty: Need to feminize your ears

You forehead and hairline can't say anything cos it can't be seen.

But for sure your face can be feminized.

ooo thanks for the tips, Evolving Beauty, and everyone else that replied!

gives me great hope that even an ugly duckling such as I can still become a pretty swan....with enough hard work and surgery that is!

thanks y'all!
