Authorities at an Allahabad college are facing, perhaps, the most unexpected dilemma of their career following one of the students claiming change of sex after undergoing an operation recently.

They have a dilemma over hostel accommodation for this student.

"College authorities are finding it difficult to shift Amjad Ali from a men's hotel to women's hostel, until his gender is duly confirmed with proper documents."

So, she needs a permission slip to change her gender?
