I can't discern for the life of me what you are trying to say. Yes, voice work is difficult. Essentially, there is voice therapy and voice surgery. With voice therapy, you have the option to maintain a male and a female voice, however, the female voice will have limitations (e.g. with singing). Voice surgery as performed by Yeson (all alternatives appear to be inferior) is not an option by itself, but needs to be accompanied by voice training to create a good result. And after surgery there is no option to go back to using the male voice.

Hmm - how about forgetting all voice training post op. Could you not use a male inflection, resonance and all of that and then still sound like a high pitched male somehow? After all thats what people often say - if you do not do feminizing voice training at all, surgery may end up giving you a high pitched but male sounding voice
I still dont get why one would want that and still want a VFS though....
