Actually I heard you should expect a full cup size smaller than the average woman in your family. With that said I have absolutely no idea what the average size in my family is. Right now I'm just hoping that when I start therepy, she'll let me start hormones at the same time. I would prefer not to wait 6 months.

I think that my mother and sister were only an A cup, so I am beyond that now, then again, my grandmother on both sides were a lot bigger, so who knows? I am hoping for one more cup size when all said and done.

I've been told by many sources that sports bras aren't good for growing boobies.

I think it improves the shape and i seem to feel more itchiness/growing pains from wearing a sportsbra. I may be wrong but imma keep wearing them cuz they feel good.

I just want one more size up. A full B would be nice. Right now im a small B.

Like I had mentioned on one of the threads, I may take up jogging just to have an excuse to wear my sports bra. Or not to wear one and have them jiggle all around for people to gawk and wonder. (Without the bra, might be painful in jogging, however!)

That reminds me of last week at work, I ran down three flights of stairs coming from one of the offices (because it burns more calories than the elevator) and at the bottom I had to stop not due to being winded but from breast pain lol. Turns out stairs and sports bras might be a match made in heaven.
15 years on Susans, where has all the time gone?

Ha, ha!! That is great, as I can really relate to the breast discomfort on moving too quickly with B cup or larger breasts. When they wobble up and down, gravity is definitely not kind to them! I know only too well what stairs and jogging, even running regular can do to those boobs!

An additional note: Yes, sport bras ARE a match made in heaven for the boobs in those situations!!!

I have a sports bra, but right now with them growing I wear my Calvin Klein silk comfort bra's. They are lightly padded on the inside, and with no underwire I get great support and also some protection for my sensitive nipples. I save my sports bra for situations where it's really needed like, going boating in rough water, etc.
