For many years I sat down to pee, but just the last couple of years something happened that I now have to stand to fully empty the bladder. And even then have to wait for another couple of minutes and then having to pee again!! Then the bladder empties much better. I have no idea what has happened to make it this way. I miss the good ol' days of sitting down!

I stand up to go pee and if I ever get SRS,  Ill buy the Magic Fountain and still pee standing up.  Its simply a matter of convenience.   Now, I do sit down when I feel like it.  Anyone who agressively confronts me about it or accuse me of being less of anything will receive a loud chortle and a "I really don't care," look.  :)  Have a nice bodily excretion experience!
Is it progression if a cannibal uses a fork?

This is  a bit embarrasing, but I think my problem of getting all the pee out is a bit worse than the avarage male when sitting down.

I have some or other problem with my urethra that started when I was in grade 8. The urethra track is uneven or something, so some of the pee gets blocked off.

I had to go to the hospital for them to fix it, and they tried sticking a special stick thingy down there (to open it up completely and make it bigger so pee can come out easily) but my urethra was too small for the normal one for people my age and they had to use one for babies, and even that one struggled a lot to go in.

After a few months I told my mom I still have the same problem ( it's like when you go to pee, you wipe the last drop, and then when you pull your pants up and go out a lot of trapped pee would then go out)

So I went to the hospital again, and they did a different procedure this time. This time they pumped air into my urethra to make it expand, it hurt sooo much and it felt like I had to pee the whole time for a day.

But still it didn't work. The doctor asked me if I would like special stick stuff to stick in my urethra every day to make it bigger but I said no because it would hurt too much.

So the doctor said from now on I'll just have to "milk" the remaining pee out of my urethra which is embarrasing for me but it works.

So when I sit to pee , that remaining pee is very difficult to get out and I still have to "milk" it out which is quite awkward when sitting. But I think I'm going to try it from now on anyway.

I fully understand what you go through. In 1988 I was in a bad car accident. I was in a comma for 2 weeks, so I assume I had a catheter ( I think that's what it was called ) stuck in there for 2 weeks. I am pretty sure That's what damaged me, Every since then standing or sitting I've always have extra that did not come out till I was walking away no matter how much I "milked' it. AND the amount of the other stuff that came out during sex was a lot smaller amount after the accident too. So I am damaged down there in some way.

I really started sitting because partially because I am the one who cleans the bathroom and it just seems like the correct way to use the bathroom to me. The mess was bad no matter how careful I was. So now I just use pads. They keeps things clean down there. And using the pad is better than having it trickle down your leg. lol When you first think of doing everything like a woman it seems cool. But in reality being a woman is a pain in the ass. But what are we going to do? Women is who we are.

I will say that early into HRT, I noticed incontinance issues due to tucking and sitting while peeing. I started doing keegles, and that didn't help at all. I went as far as to "squeeze" out the last drops from under the scrotal area.

What fixed the problem was when I stopped drinking caffeinated beverages. No more energy drinks, limited amounts of coffee, and almost no more than a drink a week. I can now sit to pee... although I still have the occasional accident. What I do now, is I get some toilet paper *since girls wipe after they pee* and I cover the end of my penis while I stand up and tuck. Then I throw the paper in the toilet and wash my hands.

I hope this helps.

thanx everyone :) it's nice to know I'm not the only one with this kind of problem and the tips you girls are giving me are awesome. I really haven't even thought of using a pad to get the drops that escapes after you stand up so thank you for that.

Now I'll have to ask my mom to buy me pads , she still does my toiletry shopping since I never get time because of university
