has anyone encountered anything like this since transitioning

I use the wifi at a coffee place all the time and see a lot of the same people come and go. They are mostly students and office workers. A weird thing started to happen to me about 5 months  ago. I've been on HRT for 9 months. a few months ago These two girls that work in the area and I see in the coffee place all the time seemed to start making weird comments within  my range of hearing . One said " so she wants to wear our clothes the other made a remark while passing something to the extent of eeeewh. among other facial expression to the people they happen to be with. Personally I could care less how others feel about my transition and it doesn't bother me. Of course it could be my imagination too. it's been kind of consistent though the last month. Just kind of wondering if other transitioners have experienced any thing like this

Yup. Sometimes they think you didn't hear them, other times, they don't care. Every once in a while, it isn't about you.

it's so weird though because I've seen these two woman for a very long time then all of a sudden the peripheral comments.

Look them straight in the eyes, tilt your head slightly left, give a cursory glance down, then back up, tilt your head right and proceed to completely ignore them.

Ive been paranoid about people talking my hair being long for a long time. I'm not sure if they are talking about me or not.
