DUTCH NEWS — Transgenders will be able to have their sex changed in official documents on the basis of expert testimony and will no longer have to wait for sex change operations or hormone treatment.

Seems like they're following New York State's example in terms of the requirements need to change gender marker on legal documents.
Too bad New York City is not affected by this and still requires SRS, which cannot be afforded by everyone.
