Ever looked over at a member of the opposite sex and instantly developed a case of acute hair envy? Then have we got do's for you. Hair has always played a key role in defining your gender and style, and Charles Worthington's latest range of cuts, the CW ONE Collection, attempts to play with that. Inspired by the likes of model Andrej Pejic, who sees herself as "living between genders", and Casey Legler, a woman known for modeling menswear, the collection is based on ambiguity rather than the traditional definitions of how men and women's locks should look.
Although there is still a difference between cuts, the bold collection of styles was made with androgyny in mind. Always keen to try a new hairdo, I recruited my male friend, 21-year-old musician Lugh O'Neill, to get a matching mop. We headed to the house of Charles Worthington, where art director Marc Trinder, who designed the CW ONE collection with Charles Worthington and its art team, showed us the styles.
