They might be an ostracised community but this initiative could make their life better. Beginning this academic session, the Centre for Environment Planning and Technology (CEPT) University is offering admission even for the third gender.

The admission process, has already begun. It is expected that by word of mouth and awareness they will be able to draw some attention of the members of the third gender and make them feel inclusive.

The initiative has been taken after consultations with the members of the admission committee of the university and following the directive of the apex court.
