Question for those who received therapy for orchiectomy

You've been on HRT this whole time, right?
Do you know what you're getting into?
Are you sure this is what you want?

Pretty much standard issue CYA questions.  My therapist knew damned well that I was in it for the long haul though.

I have a therapy session Wednesday so I'm curious how it will go.
