So.........
Based off a lot of research, I think I've finally figured out what I have.
Partial Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome, or PAIS for short.

I wanted to see if there was anyone else herewith PAIS.
I want to find out what to expect, what not.  Do I need a still take T blockers?

Thanks!

So, do You have an official diagnosis or just "kinda think so"? You could be also MAIS, instead of PAIS - but without medical diagnosis, sorry, but the point is moot.

I am basing on the fact the my body seems to have female secondaury sexual characteristics.  My doctor is working on getting a test done.  I'm starting transitioning at 33, but I have body type of a female, less a vigina, and smaller boobs.

Have they checked Your fertility? For CAIS/PAIS conditions being infertile is very very common - almost like 99% (with exceptions, as always, to make things complicated and confusing :) ). It is more tricky with MAIS conditions, because it could be both ways... delayed puberty can be a symptomatic for both - PAIS and MAIS too, but patients with PAIS, in general, tend to have more female characteristics. At the same time, slightly wider hips and absense of strongly pronounced male gender markers can be symptomatic for both - PAIS and MAIS conditions.

Well, my knees and elbows have a higher angle.  My skull is shaped as a females.
I guess there some kind of bumpy thing on the back of your head if you male, but I don't have it.
Lastly, my stuff hasn't changed size since I was a teenager (which is pretty small.).
Oh, and my "Adam's apple* never dropped.

Even if I was to be checked, I've been on Estrogen for nearly a year now.
