Just some ideas:

- Already exercising lower body on a regular basis at a high level? Cardio training? Also drinking enough water and eating healthy? I know this things sound cliche but they can help a lot. The more you age, the more you need, keep that in mind.

I'm doing cardio training twice a week, jogging over 5km ... after it i do some exercises for my belly, like siteups. I'm eating healthy and do much more for myself. I love to beeing healthy and fit.

- Got good or high E levels? Low or very low T? I often met girls who experience poor effects from HRT and they usually follow an inadequate therapy (bad estrogen forms, post-menopausic hormone levels, etc etc). As someone suggested before, go talk to a good medical professional who would care about you and your results. At least here, there are plenty of endocrinologists who just prescribe the very same medicines/dosages to everybody and don't mind their results at all.

My E2-level is very good, 100 pg/ml after 8h in steady state. I use transdermal application only.

- Taking P? There's a lot of controversy but worked well for me and for many other girls I know. You could talk to your specialist about this option too.

Yes, i take P4 since starting the HRT.

- Got a correct BMI? It depends on lots of factors, but some people benefits from a low BMI (18ish, 19ish). This happens *a lot* between GG women. If you ask me, less is more.

BMI is 21,5

- Dermal fillers can work wonders for mild face fullness issues, specially for sunken cheeks and sunken eyes. Also cheek medpor implants are an interesting option. Keeping your skin conditioned, moisturized, and using good cosmethics will help too.

I thought about this. It can work for little things in your face, but it cant change its whole look, like estrogens. My skin is really healthy and soft. Its more the shape of the face.

- Also ffs, liposculture and silicone implants usually bring amazing results.

Yes, but i dont have the money do to that. I plan a nose surgery and after it ive to save money for long, long time to do another. On the other side i heard really bad things about implant an the hips or cheeks.

All that exercise may actually be working against you. Without testosterone, your body had a much harder time gaining muscle, but losing muscle is an entirely different process. Exercising that much may be helping your body maintain existing muscle, even if it is only cardio. I never had very much muscle mass, because I actively avoided doing any sort of exercise that would build them up. But there was a period when I was doing cardio for a while to lose weight (before I started HRT), and I noticed some of my muscles getting bigger, which is a big part of the reason I quit doing it and just lost weight with a low calorie diet. A year after I stopped exercising, pretty much all the muscle I had gained was gone.

I had a discussion about levels with my endo the last time I saw her a few days ago, and she said she told me there may be room to increase my dosage as long as my levels are under 200 when my tests come back. I'm not sure what your endo's position on estrogen levels is, but you may want to have a discussion about increasing your dose to see if you can get better results.

If progesterone isn't helping you, maybe you should try stopping it for a while. From what I understand, progesterone can actually compete with estrogen, so if taking it doesn't help, maybe stopping it could improve your results.

Bone structure is an issue for me too. My face has softened and feminized on HRT, but there are still some bone structure issues (brow, nose, chin), that keep my face firmly rooted in the androgynous zone. FFS is really the only thing you can do to fix these kinds of issues.

If you want to be able to do some of these expensive things, sometimes you have to be resourceful. Are there any things that you could do right now that would significantly cut down on your expenses (in my experience, living with your parents can really reduce your cost of living ;)). Or is there anything you could be working toward that could increase your income?
