I'm probably just going to be happy with just HRT to be completely honest... well that and laser once I can get a job. Once HRT has done it's job i'm planning on assessing my progress and seeing if I need Facial Feminization Surgery or what. I still have no idea what I'm going to do about my voice, but that isn't priority at the moment. As for bottom surgery... I have no plans for that, honestly I don't really like the idea of any surgery, surgery kinda hits my squick factor.
As for my girlfriend... she identifies as straight, but we've actually gotten a lot closer since I came out and even closer since I went on HRT. Once I get a job we are planning on moving in together and are thinking of marriage at some point. To be entirely honest I'm not really sure what her deal is, but she's told me at every turn that she is okay with this, and she has been there more than anybody else, and said not to worry about our relationship. I think at some point she might come out as bi... either that or she has just decided that she loves me even though I don't fall into her ideal group. Idk, we've been together for 5ish years now, through thick and thin... I don't particularly see that changing.

It occurred to me that while I wrote about my story I didn't really write about myself x3 I just graduated in January with my BA in Cultural Anthropology, and a minor in English. I actually have a really strong academic interest in my transition as well, so I'm writing and documenting my progress. I enjoy writing, I keep attempting to write a sci-fi novel with a strong trans girl protagonist. I haven't found my plot just yet, but I definitely want to do my part to increase prevalence of queer fiction. In my free time I do a lot of forum rping, where i'm honing my writing skills. I'm also a PC gamer and a Mac/Linux enthusiast. I'm posting from my 5 year old macbook pro, and only a couple months ago I built my first gaming computer. I'm hoping next month I can go out camping in the mountains with my two best friends~
