Electro in Thousand Oaks area?

If anyone can tell me I'd be very greatful. I suppose I could do LA but I'd rather keep it in thousand oaks ~ santa barbara. I've got only really light sparse hairs (won the genetic jackpot on that one) so i don't have a beard shadow so I pass as is but it is annoying because if I don't shave certain little parts they can become visible in like 4-5 days.
